10 Molesworth Street is a premium commercial development in Dublin’s historic core, where a retained Georgian façade fronts a newly constructed Grade A office building. The project required the careful integration of heritage architecture with modern structural and performance standards, creating a workspace that respects its surroundings while delivering contemporary functionality.

Behind the preserved streetscape, the development introduced a high‑quality office environment built to meet the expectations of modern occupiers. The combination of façade retention, complex structural interfaces and detailed architectural finishes demanded meticulous coordination across design, construction and compliance teams.

Zutec supported the project by providing a centralised digital platform that streamlined document control, quality tracking and handover processes. With multiple stakeholders and strict regulatory requirements, the platform ensured full traceability, controlled workflows and real‑time visibility throughout the build. This digital oversight helped maintain accuracy and consistency from early construction stages through to completion.
