32 Molesworth Street is one of Dublin’s most prestigious office developments, positioned at the political, cultural, and commercial heart of the city. The project blends a meticulously preserved Georgian streetscape with a contemporary Grade A office building designed to inspire, innovate, and perform to the highest sustainability standards.

Reddy Architects designed a 2,954 sq m (31,803 sq ft) workspace that seamlessly connects heritage and modernity. Visitors enter through a stone‑floored reception that opens into a dramatic, sky‑lit atrium linking the listed Georgian frontage to a new five‑storey office structure. The building also features a generous courtyard and rooftop terraces, creating a standout workplace environment.

The development was engineered to meet the highest environmental benchmarks, achieving LEED Gold accreditation at a minimum. Every aspect of the design, from materials to mechanical systems, was selected to deliver long‑term efficiency, comfort, and reduced environmental impact.

Zutec played a key role in supporting the delivery team with a unified digital platform for document management, quality assurance, and compliance tracking. With heritage preservation, modern construction, and sustainability requirements all intersecting, Zutec ensured:
