AI-Powered Features Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

Zutec may provide AI-powered features ("Zutec AI") within the platform to assist with queries and enhance user experience, subject to commercial agreement. These features utilize open-source technology deployed within a security sandbox environment with no external data transfer to third-party AI providers or services.

2. Opt-In Use

Zutec AI features are opt-in only and are not enabled by default. Such features will be made available solely at the customer's request and subject to commercial agreement.

3. Data Security

All data processed by Zutec AI remains within our secure infrastructure. We do not transmit your data to external large language model providers or other third parties for AI processing purposes.

4. No Cross-Customer Training

Customer data is not used to train shared or cross-customer AI models. Any analysis for system improvement is performed within Zutec-controlled environments and does not expose one customer's data to another.

5. Limitations and Accuracy

Zutec AI uses generative AI technology to provide responses based on data patterns, not human judgment or real-time building information. Responses may occasionally be incorrect, outdated, incomplete, or not fully suited to your specific circumstances. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is for informational and assistive purposes only
  • You should independently verify all important information before making decisions
  • Zutec AI does not constitute professional advice of any kind
  • You remain solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

6. No Warranties

Zutec AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that AI features will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Data Collection and Improvement

Your interactions with Zutec AI, including messages, queries, and feedback, may be collected and analysed for quality assurance, system training, and service improvement purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zutec shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of or reliance on AI-generated content, including but not limited to business losses, project delays, or incorrect decisions.
