Can we define custom fields for snagging?

Yes, Zutec allows users to define custom fields, have custom dropdowns with parent and child relationships, and auto populated fields.

How do we capture snags and defects in the field?

Zutec enables users to access snagging forms on a mobile device, upload photos, sign off on work done, and drop geo-located pins of identified snags and defects on general arrangement (GA) drawings. Pins are colour coded based on the status of the snag.

Can we digitise our existing paper-based forms?

Yes, as part of your Zutec onboarding we can help you digitise your existing paper-based forms.

Who can setup users on Zutec?

We give this permission to your nominated super-users as part of System Administration during the implementation process.
