Fire Door Audits solution
Overview
Zutec’s Fire Door Audits solution is designed to support compliance with fire safety regulations by enabling structured, digital fire door inspections and data tracking. This solution ensures that Responsible Persons (RPs) and asset owners can track, manage, and maintain records of fire door compliance under the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (as amended by the Fire Safety Act 2021).
Our solution streamlines the process, reducing manual effort, capturing necessary information and ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements.

Fire Door Inspection Register
- Maintains a log of all fire door installations and inspections.

Zutec Field register updates
Overview
This release includes user interface (UI) updates to the Field Register view for improved clarity and usability. Key changes include:
- A permanent send button and new register action menu to better distinguish between register and sync actions.
- A pop-up warning when attempting to load registers with large record counts without a filter, allowing users to set a filter and avoid unnecessary downloads, saving time.

- Permanent send button added to registers
A permanent send button has been added to the register view, allowing users to send only updated records without performing a full sync or download. This improves efficiency by sending only the records modified since the last sync to Zutec Cloud.

- Updated register context menu
A new context menu streamlines the user experience by grouping actions logically:
- Filter, Sort, and Reset actions are now within the menu.
- Sync actions remain at the top level for easy access.

- Pop-up warning for missing download filters
When a user attempts to download records or perform a full sync without a download filter, a warning pop-up will now:
- Inform the user of the number of records being downloaded.
- Offer the option to set a filter before proceeding.
- Help prevent unnecessary downloads, reducing sync time.
How to use
Permanent send button for registers
- Locate the send button icon which is permanently accessible in the register view.
- After updating records, press the send button to send only the modified records to the cloud.
Updated register context menu
- Select Filter and Sort within the new context menu.
- If a register is filtered, the filtered and total count record is displayed at the top.
- Click on the reset filter button to clear the filter and view all downloaded records.
Pop-up warning for missing download filters
If a register has more than 500 records and no downloaded filter is set, a pop-up appears when syncing.
Users can choose to:
- Proceed and download all records.
- Set a filter to reduce the number of records downloaded.
- Cancel the sync.

Associations view
The association view pages have been migrated into the new UI.

New folder tree functionality
A new Add Folder button has been added to the folder navigation window, allowing users to create one or multiple folders within the workspace.
How to use
- Click the Add New Folder icon.

- Enter a unique folder name in the dialogue box and click Save.

Association filter quick link
A quick link has been added to the options menu for Associations, allowing Digital Handover users to quickly access the register pre-filtered to the selected Association.

Active filter icons
Columns with active filters now display a filter icon, allowing users to easily identify which columns in their dataset are filtered.

New “Audit” button for records
A quick link to the Audit page has been added to the row options menu. This allows users to quickly access the record audit page, where all changes are tracked.

Expanded pagination options
Users can now increase the number of visible rows per page to up to 500, allowing for easier data review and navigation.
