Zutec was appointed in October 2016 and our work is ongoing. Zutec is managing approximately 30 individual trade contractors over the proposed construction phase.
The project
The new Materials Innovation Factory (MIF) is a £23 million project at the heart of the University of Liverpool campus. The BREEAM Excellent-rated research facility is a partnership between the University and Unilever, comprising office accommodation and laboratories.
