First phase of the landmark £15bn redevelopment of the iconic power station, in the Nine Elms area. Phase one consists of 12 high-rise residential blocks to the West of the 39-acre site. Once complete there will be 850 residential apartments, retail facilities, theatre space, business studios and two levels of parking.

- 868 digital Residents’ Manuals
- CIBSE TM31 compliant Building Log Book
- BREEAM compliant Building User Guides
- All handover documentation will be delivered via the cloud on our hosted platform.
