Contractors & Asset Owners
This webinar is best for:
- Asset Owners / Principal Accountable Persons (PAPs)
On 6th April 2023, ‘The Higher-Risk Buildings (Key Building Information etc.) Regulations 2023’ legislation laid out by the UK Government came into force.
Now, the PAP (the person responsible for the repair of the structure and exterior of a building) will have a duty to both register Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs) and provide high-level information (Key Building Information) to the Building Safety Regulator.
But if you have multiple developments or live projects on the go and none of your project handover information is digital, you’re likely struggling to account for all your information.
In this discussion, we will cover what the HRB reform means for information management, how it will inform the way we analyse the risk of HRBs, and how it will ensure that everyone’s home is safe.
And, although the high-level Key Building Information will not contain all the information that will be required in the golden thread, we will cover how digital retrofitting with a High-Risk Building Compliance solution can get you on the path to achieving a golden thread.
Things you’ll learn:
- The Why: The Higher-Risk Buildings (Key Building Information etc.) Regulations 2023 and your obligations as a Principal Accountable Person (PAP) or Asset Owner under the Building Safety Act 2022.
- The What: The mechanisms of a Building Safety Case and painlessly digitising all your building information including retrofitting data for in-use buildings.
- The How: With our delivery team and platform you can keep all your key information in one place to deliver a Golden Thread.
