Inclusion expands Zutec’s reach into more public sector organisations and projects

London – 7th November 2024: Zutec, a leading provider of construction and property management software in the UK and Ireland, today announced it has been approved as a supplier under the UK Government’s latest G-Cloud procurement framework, G-Cloud 14.

Replacing G-Cloud 13, the new G-Cloud 14 is an online catalogue hosted on the Crown Commercial Service’s Digital Marketplace, designed to simplify access to the latest cloud-based technology and innovation. The framework enables public sector organisations to easily find and procure software and services, including Zutec’s offerings — enhancing routes to market and digital resilience.

Working primarily with contractors, housebuilders and asset owners across the building lifecycle, Zutec’s solutions are already used by 400+ customers today, including many organisations within or collaborating with the public sector. These comprise housing associations, such as Peabody and L&Q, local authorities, like the London Borough of Camden, and government-led projects such as HS2, which is being delivered by SCS.

Driven by new regulations for delivering safer and more sustainable buildings, construction projects and asset owners for in-use buildings are rapidly adopting digital technologies to meet evolving data and information requirements. Zutec’s SaaS solutions across quality management, document management, handover management and asset management, enable organisations to digitally manage building information — from design and construction through to maintenance and operations — addressing key areas including:

  • Building and fire safety in response to the Building Safety Act (BSA)
  • Quality and sustainability in line with regulations such as Part L
  • Handover compliance delivering digital operations and maintenance (O&M) manuals that support asset data for safer building management and maintenance, establishing a golden thread of information which is a critical BSA requirement and building regulation 38 compliance.

“Our solutions are having a significant impact on how building information is managed, helping our customers achieve compliance, quality, sustainability and efficiency,” said Gustave Geisendorf, CEO at Zutec. “As an approved G-Cloud 14 supplier, we can now expand our reach to more public sector organisations, making it easier for them to adopt Zutec to meet their digital data and compliance and regulatory needs. This approval is a huge testament to our team, and I am proud that we are among the select group of companies that are part of this new framework.”
